Lehenga is the most popular bridal wedding dress for women in Pakistan and India. In Pakistan it is mostly pronounced as Lehenga while in India it is pronounced as Lengha or Lehnga. It has embroidered main skirt, blouse and large size veil or dupatta. Other than brides lehenga is also worn at many occasions as Part wear lengha, formal lehnga or special occasion lehenga. Some other same dresses are called choli ghagra or sharara. Young girls commonly like smart or fishtail lehenga.
