Customer Service Agreement:
Fashno.com who are based in Lahore, Pakistan. This Customer Service Agreement is between Fashno.com and you and to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.

Placing an Order:
Ordering on line is easy. You simply add the items you require in your shopping bag by clicking on Add to Shopping Bag whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the My Shopping Bag button. Once you have found all the items you need and you click to go to the checkout to pay for your purchases, you will be asked to give us details of the billing and the shipping address.
Once you have reviewed your order finally and decide to go ahead with the purchase you will be transferred to 2Checkout.com secure server using SSL Technology. This is to ensure that you shop safely and securely and have peace of mind. Any information given by you on these secure pages, such as your credit card details, will not be available to any of us at the fashno.com. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorized through 2Checkout.com.
Before clicking on the Complete Purchase button on the Final Review of Order page you must have read, understood and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.
Please note that any goods purchased on this web site must be for personal use only and must not under any circumstances be purchased for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.

Acceptance of Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.

All prices on our web site are quoted in United States Dollars.

Listing and Descriptions
Fashno.com makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, fashno.com cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.

Payment:
fashno.com currently accepts Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB. All derivatives of these brands are also supported.
We will charge your account for payment at the time that your order is placed.

Clerical Errors:
Fashno.com uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical or pricing error, Fashno.com shall have the right to refuse to accept any order/s or cancel any contract/s to supply such product/s whether or not the order/s has/ve been confirmed and the credit card/s has/ve been charged.

Delivery:
We use DHL/FedEx/TnT/ExpressPost/Pakistan Post to ship to virtually any address in the world between 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch (after manufacturing time). Generally all orders are dispatched from our office between 3 - 5 days after manufacturing except when there is a delay from the supplier. Fashno.com cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays.

Delivery time for made-to-measure items:
Please note that some items such as dresses can not be dispatched in 3 - 5 days since all the dresses listed on our website are made-to-measure dresses. Delivery times for dresses vary dress to dress. All our boutique and bridal made-to-measurement and made-to-order embellished outfits will takes 45 to 60 days to complete an order. Evening and party wear with embroidery take up to 30 - 45 days. Casual wear are ready within 25 - 30 days if there is no alteration. More Precisely, it takes at least 25 - 35 days for an order of various dresses to be ready for dispatch.

Shipping Charges:
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Returns Policy for Custom Orders:
Custom orders are based on the measurements that you provide on our website, Fashno.com will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching any order, we take photographs of each part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our records. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders.

Amend Your Orders:
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the order date. Please know that we do not accept amendments after 24 hours from the order transaction is made.

Governing law:
